About Sessions, Short Presentation, and Hands-on Labs

There are three different locations where sessions, short presentation, and hands-on labs will be held.   Please check the event agenda in advance for latest session information to see where each session will take place (http://www.tech-zone.org/Agenda.aspx).

Note that there will be only 15-minute pauses between sessions to allow people to switch rooms.

Seating arrangements will be on a “First-Come-First-Serve" basis, so the earlier you show up, the better seats you will have.   Note that, although the agenda was carefully planned so that most demanded sessions are located in the Jade Room, other rooms have limited seats.

Doors on limited availability sessions will close immediately after the session starts. Late arrivals will not be allowed.

We will have some self-service snacks only during specified breaks and not between sessions.

Jade Room.       Keynote area and sessions.   The Jade Room has a capacity for all attendees, so for the keynote and any other sessions in this room, you are guaranteed to have a seat.

Gold Room.      Sessions.   The Gold Room seats approximately 50 people so, if there are any sessions you would like to attend in this room, please be sure to arrive early.

Crimson Lab.   Workshops. The Crimson Lab seats exactly 19 people.   Because of this reduced number, 15 minutes before the start of each lab, we will distribute 19 attendance Lab Cards to the first 19 persons in line. Only if you get a Lab Card, you will be guaranteed a have a seat in the lab. You will be required to present your Lab Card to enter.
